Canina® WINTER PAW BALM for dogs
anhydrous balm with shea butter, beeswax and apricot oil
…prevents the paw pads from drying out and the formation of pad tears due to wet, cold, snow and ice and protects stressed dog paws from aggressive road salt.
Because the product is water-free, the paws cannot freeze because there is no watery film around the paw pads. Instead, the beeswax it contains forms a protective layer on the bales and in the bale membrane, preventing moisture, salt and dirt from penetrating. Apricot kernel oil and shea butter care for and soften the pads and maintain their elasticity; Cracks and small injuries are prevented.
Canina® WINTER PAW BALM prevents the formation of ice between the toes: The dogs can easily cover long distances in snow and ice. This is particularly important for sled dogs, hunting and rescue dogs in action.
Tea tree oil and neem oil in the Canina® WINTER PAW BALM prevent licking and nibbling of the paws and care for the skin on the balls of the feet; mechanical irritation is prevented.
