Supports the natural elimination of hairballs very effectively. Swallowing hair is a natural process due to the cat’s cleaning behaviour that is typical of its species. Hairball formation sometimes interferes with normal digestive function.
Due to the high proportion of a special vegetable lubricant, the product is incomparable in its mode of action. It is not metabolized in the cat’s digestive tract. Given with the feed, CATLAX-GEL forms an emulsion with the chyme and the lubricant develops mucus-like substances. This means that swallowed hair and hairballs cannot get stuck in the digestive tract and can be easily excreted. In addition, the water-binding capacity of the faeces is improved, which contributes to easier settling of the excrement.

Feeding recommendation per animal and day:

Young cats: Give ½ teaspoon 3 times a week with the food.
